Dear Partners,
Regarding cancellations of the Air Cairo flights from Russia to Egypt operated with Southwind Airlines’ aircraft, we would like to inform that Southwind Airlines has not been involved in the arrangements between tour operators and Air Cairo regarding providing the tourists affected by cancellations of the Air Cairo’s flights any replacements seats at flights of Azur Air or any other carriers.
It is the tour operators, and not Southwind Airlines, who have agreed with other carriers to carry out the passengers of the Air Cairo flights cancelled due to unavailability of Southwind Airlines’ aircraft leased to Air Cairo by Southwind Airlines.
