Rules for combining of free baggage allowance
- family members;
- people travelling together or going on a business trip.
Free baggage allowance can be combined only for the passengers in the same PNR and Family members travelling together (confirming documents must be provided – marriage certificate, hotel vouchers etc.)
Weight of the one piece of combined baggage must not exceed total free baggage allowances of the passengers or 30 KG - maximum allowed baggage weight.
Passengers who decide to combine their baggage allowances can carry only 1 piece as free baggage allowance. Other passenger/passengers will lose their free baggage allowances; however, they are allowed to carry paid additional baggage.
Additional paid baggage allowances cannot be combined with each other, or with free baggage allowances in any case.
If 2 passengers traveling together(same PNR,Family or same Hotel Voucher), each with a free baggage allowance of 20 kg each, combine their baggage - they are allowed to carry 1 piece of baggage up to 30 kg free of charge.This means that one passenger carries 1 piece of baggage up to 30 kg free of charge, while the other passenger does not carry baggage (or if they carry any baggage, they will pay for the extra baggage);
If 2 passengers traveling together, each with a free baggage allowance of 10 kg each, combine their baggage - they are allowed to carry 1 piece of free baggage up to 20 kg. This means that one passenger carries 1 piece of baggage up to 20 kg free of charge, the other passenger does not carry baggage (or if he/she carries any baggage, he/she will pay for the extra bag);
If 3 passengers traveling together and each having a free baggage allowance of 10 kg each combine their baggage - they are allowed to carry 1 piece of free baggage up to 30 kg. This means that one passenger carries 1 piece of baggage up to 30 kg free of charge, the other 2 passengers do not carry baggage (or if they carry any baggage, they will pay for the extra baggage);
Otherwise, baggage transportation fee is charged according to the tariff.
The airline has the right to refuse to combine baggage if the passenger does not comply with the rules for combining the free baggage allowance of the combined baggage.
(1pc/20kg+1pc/10kg ) - 2 passengers combine 1pc/20kg and 1 passenger give normal Ticket free baggage allowance 1pc/10kg. This combination free of charge
(1pc/10kg+1pc/10kg+1pc/10kg) - In this situation every passenger give his baggage separatelly and every piece must not exceed 10kg. This combination free of charge
(1pc/30kg) - 1pc/30kg for 3 passengers and no other baggages or pieces allowed to be given for other passenger in the PNR or Passengers can carry 1pc/20kg and 1pc/10kg. This combination free of charge
1pc/40kg) - 1pc/40kg for 4 passengers and no other baggages or pieces allowed to be given for other passenger in the PNR or Passengers can carry 1pc/20kg and 1pc/20kg or 1pc/30kg and 1pc/10kg. This combination free of charge
The documents for family members and the following persons together are:
- tickets issued in one booking;
- family members travelling together (confirming documents must be provided – marriage certificate, hotel vouchers, etc.)
