Hand luggage

It is strictly forbidden for our guests to carry animal products in their hand baggage and baggage within the scope of the FMD Virus measures that emerged in the territory of the Russian Federation.

The passenger's baggage, authorized by carrier for transportation in cabin of the aircraft, is classified as hand luggage and must be marked with the tag «Cabin», issued by carrier, and is transported free of charge if:

The weight and dimensions in the sum of three dimensions and each dimension in particular should not exceed the limits fixed by the ticket fare for a free of charge hand luggage.

For infants without a place, hand luggage is not provided.

In the cabin, hand luggage shall be placed under Passenger seat. Small and light weightitems and outerwear may be placed above the Passenger seat, on closing shelves.

Passengers shall bear all risks in relation to their cabin baggage. If a flight is interrupted, as specified in a carriage document, the Passenger shall disembark together with his/her cabin baggage and personal belongings.

During the boarding, the passenger's hand luggage, as well as things carried as hand luggage that are questionable regarding their dimensions, can be double checked using a hand luggage gauge. In case the excess of the carry-on baggage allowance is detected, the passenger may be denied transportation:

hand luggage that exceeds the established free hand luggage allowance by its weight and/or dimensions must be checked in by the passenger as hold baggage during the check-in before the flight;
the Airline may unilaterally terminate the passenger air carriage agreement if the passenger refuses to pay for the carriage of his baggage in the amount and to the terms described in the passenger air carriage agreement.

The size, weight and number of pieces of hand luggage and personal belongings can be additionally checked by the Airline staff upon flight arrival to the destination airport.

On flights between Russia and Turkey

The passenger is entitled to a free hand luggage allowance:

when buying a ticket at Eco, Standard brand fares - 1 piece of hand luggage up to 8 kg and no more than 40x30x20 cm in size;
when buying a ticket at Premium brand fares - 1 piece of hand luggage up to 10 kg and no more than 55x40x20 cm in size;
when buying a ticket as part of a tour package - 1 piece of hand luggage up to 8 kg and no more than 40x30x20 cm in size.

If the hand luggage exceeds the norm for any of the parameters (weight or size), but does not exceed 10 kg and /or dimensions 55x40x20 cm, then a fee is charged for the service of increasing the weight and / or dimensions of hand luggage.

On flights between Europe and Turkey

The passenger is entitled to a free hand luggage allowance:

when buying a ticket at Eco, Standard brand fares - 1 piece of hand luggage up to 8 kg and no more than 40x30x20 cm in size;
when buying a ticket at Premium brand fares - 1 piece of hand luggage up to 10 kg and no more than 55x40x20 cm in size;
when buying a ticket as part of a tour package - 1 piece of hand luggage up to 8 kg and no more than 55x40x20 cm in size.
